Dewayne "JD" Loyd

Dewayne “JD” Loyd, 67, of Malvern passed away July 4, 2014.
Dewayne was born August 10, 1946 in Malvern to William and Anis Faye (Parker) Loyd. Dewayne loved hunting, fishing and visiting the Habitat for Humanity Restore. He was talented and could build or fix anything. He was his own club.
Dewayne is predeceased by his parents.
Dewayne is survived by his wife, Carolyn Loyd of Malvern; three sons, Glenn Loyd of Terrell, AR, Dale Laster of Royce, TX, and Troy Sealy of North Little Rock, AR; two daughters, Delayna Loyd of South Carolina and Kathleen Hodges of Donaldson, AR; one brother, Danny (Joyce) Loyd of Malvern; two sisters, Cherry Bowman of Bismarck and Sherry Brisidine of Hot Springs; seven grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends who loved him dearly.
A memorial service will be held Thursday, July 10, 2014 from 6:00 until 8:00 PM at Atkinson Funeral Home Chapel.
Honorary pallbearers will be Dr. Bollen, Charlie McDaniel, Bobby Tiernan, and Shane Tiernan.
