  • Rita Sue Griswold Underwood, 64, of Benton passed away Saturday, February 7, 2015. Rita was born June 8, 1950 in Malvern to Warren and Lena (Schraldi) Griswold.

    Rita is predeceased by her parents.

    Rita is survived by her husband, Jerry Underwood Jr. of Benton; brothers, Richard (Kay) Griswold of Benton, Johnny (Laura) Griswold of CA, and Mark (X’hail) Griswold of PA; sisters, Anna (Don Furr) Griswold of PA, Tina Griswold Youngblood of Conway, and Laura Griswold Cottingim of LA; cousins, Stuart Rogers of Malvern and Ken Rogers of AZ; and numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, and nephews.

    A Memorial service will be held on Tuesday, February 24, 2015 at 10:00 AM at St. John’s Catholic Church in Malvern, AR.
