Wanda Lou Treadway, 76, of Friendship passed away August 10, 2015. Wanda was born October 21, 1938 in Friendship, AR to Homer and Vera (Owens) Treadway. She loved gardening, canning, and she was a wonderful cook. She loved her pots of flowers and her plants. Wanda was a wonderful caregiver and took care of her parents up until their death. She was also a member of Friendship Missionary Baptist Church.
Wanda is predeceased by her parents.
Wanda is survived by her brother, Calvin Treadway (Julie) of Friendship; 2 nieces, Cheryl Hudnall of Friendship and Pamela Rickman of Friendship; 1 nephew, Roger Treadway of Bismarck; and several great-nieces and great-nephews that loved her dearly.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday August 12, 2015 from 6:00 until 8:00 PM at Atkinson Funeral Home Chapel. Services will be held on Thursday, August 13, 2015 at 10:00 AM at Atkinson Chapel. Burial will follow at Gilchrist Cemetery.
