  • Loweda Foreman, 94, of Malvern passed away October 4, 2015. Loweda was born September 17, 1921 in Norman, AR to Ottie and Irah (Forga) Cobb.

     

    Loweda is predeceased by her husband, Elbert Foreman; her son, Kenneth Doddridge; 2 brothers; and 2 sisters.

     

    Loweda is survived by her sons, Paul W. Doddridge (Kaye) of MT, and Ray Doddridge (Bev) of ID; daughters, Mollie Dee Robinson of Malvern, and Ann Walden (John) of Benton; 12 grandchildren; 29 great-grandchildren; and several great-great-grandchildren.

     

    Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 7, 2015 at Atkinson Funeral Home Chapel from 6:00 until 8:00 PM. Services will be held on Thursday, October 8, 2015 at 10:00 AM at Atkinson Chapel with Bro. Teddy Frye officiating. Burial will follow at Mt. Pleasant Cemetery.

     

    Pallbearers will be James Walden, Greg Strickland, Brian Goodman, Brandon Scott, Tim Scott, and Angel Aponte. Honorary pallbearers will be Michael Robinson, Lance Goodman, the staff of Gentiva Hospice, and the staff at Arbor Oaks.

    Grandma Foreman you will greatly be missed by all .I have such fond memories of you 1) the love you have for your family and friends 2) your beautiful smile you always had one 3) your cooking amazing and 4) your way around the garden and how you snapped those beans . Wish i could have seen you before your departure but God had other plans for me until we meet again rest in peace we love you tons xox Cindy your step granddaughter sara rae and Danny

    I remember Sis. Foreman from Cooper Assembly. She was a mighty woman of God and very loving. What a legacy she leaves behind. I pray that God will comfort all of you.

    Love you so much my dear aunt. I have such good memories growing up going to your house. Dad loved you so much. It was so fun going to your house. Great cook. You will be missed but heaven is a great place. Best aunt ever.

    What a wonderful aunt you were. I loved going to your house. You had so much love to give . You always said grace at your meals. Great memories. Your love for God was always there. The best aunt ever. You will be missed so much. My dad sure did love you.

    I was proud to know both Mr. and Mrs Foreman for many years. They were both a delight. She was such a sweet lady. May God comfort her loved ones.
