    Betty Katherine (Foster) Lipsmeyer, 73, of Malvern passed away October 27, 2016.  Betty was born October 16, 1943, to the late Charles and Artilee Foster. Betty was of Baptist faith and loved church. She enjoyed the simple things in life like gardening, going out to eat and she had a love for Westerns. Betty had a beautiful soul that will be missed by all.

    Betty is preceded in death by her parents.

    Betty is survived by her son, Stephen Charles Lipsmeyer of Little Rock; her daughter, Janet Cardona of Malvern; her brother, Hal (Caroline) Foster of North Richland Hills, TX; her sister, Fran Williamson (Ernie) Hoover of Colleyville, TX; four grandchildren and one great-grandchild.

    Visitation will be Sunday, October 30, 2016 from 6-8 PM at the Atkinson Funeral Home Chapel. Graveside Service will be Monday, October 31, 2016 at 10:00 AM at the OakRidge Cemetery in Malvern with Bro. Jonathan Pope officiating. Pallbearers will be Hal Foster, Jason Foster, Diego Cardona and Louis Lipsmeyer.
