Margaret V. Dixson,

Margaret Virginia Dixson, 72, of Traskwood, AR passed away August 11, 2018, at Baptist Health Center in Little Rock. Margaret was born September 8, 1945, in Traskwood, AR to the late Theodore Roosevelt and Dorothy Brown Tucker.

Margaret is preceded in death by her parents; her husband, John Pennington; her grandmother, Rose Whitley; a sister, Shirley Rookard; and a grandson, Paul Dewayne Dixson Jr.

Margaret is survived by her children, Eric Pennington, Christine Norwood, Dewayne Dixson (Teresa), and Cindy Beck (Danny); her siblings, Paul Wesley Tucker, Jackie Dewayne Tucker, Opal Dixson, Betty Dixson and Susie Buck; her grandchildren, Felisha Pennington, Kimberly Pennington, Gail Cooper, Austin Norwood, Megan Norwood, Tammy Kester, Renee Hattabaugh, Candida Crouse, Jacqueline Dixson, Joshua Yarbero, Devin Yarbero, La` Riah Pickens, La` Myah Pickens, and Susanna Smith. She also leaves behind 12 great-grandchildren and many other friends and loved ones.

Funeral Services will be 2:00 p.m. Thursday, August 16, 2018, at Atkinson Funeral Home Chapel in Malvern. Visitation will be Wednesday, August 15, 2018, from 6-8 p.m. at the Atkinson Funeral Home Chapel. Pallbearers will be Austin Norwood, Devin Yarbero, Kyle Cooper, Clint Hattabaugh, Shawn Finley, Scott Mauldin, and Tyler White. Honorary Pallbearers are Eric Pennington, Dewayne Dixson, and Billy Kester.  Interment will be at Traskwood Cemetery.
